Jacob Perkins is the owner and founder of PERK Builders.

A skilled carpenter versed in a variety of specialty trades, Jacob is also a general contractor licensed in the state of Oregon, holding endorsements for residential new construction and renovation. Jacob prides himself on being the client’s biggest advocate, and will play an integral role in the execution of your project.

Before entering the construction field, Jacob studied at the University of Washington, where he earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting & Drawing. Jacob’s innate creativity will bring a highly developed sense of space and composition to your project’s design.
